MLK Youth Program releases feedback and correction forms on-line.

To all concerned:

Greenville, SC-Yesterday we held a very successfully MLK Youth Program and College Fair at Furman University, and we like to thank all who help us conduct the program. As promised, we are now providing Evaluation and Correction forms to the public who attend the event.

The MLK Youth Program FeedBack Form allows the public the ability to give us standard input about this year program.

The MLK Youth Program Correction Form gives the ability to correct and request new certificates for those winners who need changes to their award. All corrected or new certificates are send back the Student's High School. All requests must be sent by May 1, 2009.

Please report any problems with the forms with our chapter webmaster by emailing webmaster@gglapa.org

This year's event (2009) where 133 local High school students were recognized in five areas: Art, Academics, Leadership, Music, and Athletics.
